Dr. Suzanne Buffie is a chiropractor who has been practicing for almost 20 years. A native of NJ, She now lives in Winnipeg, Mb, Canada and is a hockey mom to 3 teenage children and married to a chiropractor, Dr Jared Buffie.

Dr. Suzanne became passionate about Intermittent Fasting in 2016 after she experienced her own success with losing over 60 pounds quite effortlessly. This is after having thought about or struggled with weight most of her adult life. Based on her own amazing results she discovered through properly applying Intermittent Fasting, she created the Fasting Solution program and has helped 100’s of others find the same success. The Fasting Solution is a customized coaching program utilizing principles Intermittent Fasting and a low insulin response diet in the right combination for the unique individual.

The Fasting Solution program also uncovers “the why” behind the weight.
